I did enjoy my stay at Livemax Grande would definitely recommend

The location is really good and in a very silent surrounding away from alot of hustle and bustle, its close to the metro, there are several convenient stores around and a mall not too far away, so you are pretty much covered!!

Smart hotel

Very clean, smart hotel. Was only there one night. Accommodated late check out for 1000 yen fee.

Room for four people was very small for the price. Beds squashed together. Reasonably comfortable though, was fine for a one night stay.

Solo traveler completely satisfied!

This was fast, easy and convenient. I will definitely use LiveMax in other parts of the city in the future. There was no fuss, and the room was perfect for a solo trip. The price was also perfect for a solo trip.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was there. As a US citizen, my expectations are that things will be smaller than I am used to, but as a solo traveler everything was the perfect size.

Very Good

The hotel's location is great, the rooms are tiny but have everything you need. The bed was very comfy and had nice soft pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything I really disliked, just small things I can see that get addressed in other reviews - You can see the hotel gets a lot of use and this results in the usual wear and tear. There was some dust in the window corners and so on, but everything that mattered was nicely clean. If you have a big suitcase, there might not be enough space to fully open it apart on the bed.

Very Good

There's a bit more space in the rooms than usual. There's a sauna as well in the hotel and the location is great.

Windows can't be opened in the rooms. The room wasn't very clean - there was mold on the shower curtain, residue on the soap tray, dust and trash under the bed.

The staff is friendly, great location but horrible cleanliness

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has vending machines to buy drinks which is pretty nice. You can self-checkout after your stay and our early check-in was not an issue. The location is next to a convenience store, a metro station and very central in tokyo.

The room was not clean and there is a weird smell in the room. When we first came into the room and opened the curtains, we noticed small insects behind the curtain. The space behind the curtain is also very dusty and doesn’t get cleaned. The rooms don’t have a safe so it feels very risky to leave your important belongings like your passport or wallet behind.
